No wonder Congress has a lower approval rating than Paris Hilton. The 112th Congress is on track to be the least productive since the end of WWII. 

Over the last two sessions, Congress has enacted a total of 173 bills. That’s actually far fewer than the so-called “Do-Nothing Congress” of 1947, which passed more than 900.  And of those bills it has passed, nearly a third were to rename government buildings.
