Akiva Shaffer, the viral video mastermind behind ‘J*** in My Pants’ and ‘D*** in a Box,’ has incredibly unlucky timing. His new movie ‘The Watch’ isn’t even out yet, and it’s already the subject of news-cycle scandals.

“Like everyone else, I had heard the story and thought it was awful,” Schaffer recently told The Daily. But initially it didn’t occur to him that the shooting of Florida teenager Trayvon Martin by neighborhood watch captain George Zimmerman might cause problems for his film. “Then, over the next couple days and weeks, I started getting more and more emails from friends saying, ‘Oh man, that sucks. What are you going to do?’”
